We are not liable for misuse or wrongful operation of any products that we sell.
Instructions must be followed completely.
A GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) device must be used with all electrical devices used in and around water or outdoors.
Local code requirements must be met for all installations.
Returns
New (Unopened) - Returned within 14 days of invoice date. Credit for cost of item(s). Shipping both ways will be paid by customer.
Used (Opened) - Returned within 14 days of invoice date. Credit for cost of item(s) minus a restocking fee, as determined by the manufacture. Shipping both ways will be paid by customer.
After 14 Days - If the return is accepted by the manufacture. Credit for cost of item(s) minus a restocking fee, as determined by the manufacture. Shipping both ways will be paid by customer.
RMA - No return will be accepted without and RMA. Please contact My Spots Screen by email or phone for an RMA and shipping address.
Product Warranties
When you buy from My Sports Screen, an authorized dealer, you will receive the full manufactures warranty. All of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. All products can be serviced under the manufacturer's warranty at their facility. Please contact My Sports Screen for an RMA and shipping address.
Shipping
Free shipping on TV's shipped within the contiguous US. Accessories will be shipped at prevailing rates. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. Please contact My Sports Screen by email for a quote on orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations. We cannot ship to APO, FPO or PO boxes.
